Currently, the Board of Directors is made up of the Superior General and four Councilors. They are elected at the General Chapter, which is held every six years. The Superior General has the authority over the Trust and appoints a General Councilor who is responsible for the management of the congregation projects. The Project Director is responsible for directing the activities and the Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the implementation and running of the projects at congregation level. The Project Director and Project Co-ordinator work in collaboration with the Oversight Committee. The structure goes down to the community level. The Superior General and the Memorial Trust to whom they are accountable for the success and failure of their projects appoint them.
